The CXT-741Gxx series of high-temperature logic gates from Cissoid is part of their newly introduced CXT range of ICs designed specifically for automotive applications. These configurable devices enable 13 different logic functions: INV, BUFFER, AND, AND with inverted input, NAND, NAND with inverted input, OR, NOR, NOR with inverted input, XOR, NXOR, MUX and D Flip-Flop (please select the model covering the functions required). The CXT-741Gxx series requires voltage input of 1.65V to 5.5V, but it is compatible with 3.3V or 5V input sources. They also feature Schmitt trigger inputs for high immunity to slow changing signals and CMOS low power consumption, and are delivered in a miniature SOT-23 6-pin package at only 3.0x1.7mm. The operating temperature of CXT series of up to 175°C is beyond the requirements of automotive standard AEC-Q100 Grade 0.

The CXT-STA4919 high-temperature adjustable linear voltage regulator from Cissoid is part of their newly introduced CXT range of ICs designed specifically for automotive applications. This voltage regulator works with voltage input sources in the 4.5V-30V range and is able to generate any regulated voltage between 3V and 28V. CXT-STA4919 features self-protection by a built-in current limiter and thermal protection. It is adjustable from an external feedback resistor network and can be put in low-power disabled mode as and when needed. This voltage regulator saves space on the board and provides low thermal resistance due to its small footprint - it is delivered in a miniature 8-pin PSOIC8-EP package at only 3.99x4.98mm. Its operating temperature of up to 175°C is beyond the requirements of automotive standard AEC-Q100 Grade 0.
