The ILLS series of submersible tank gauging level transmitters from Cynergy3 utilises piezo-resistive silicon sensing technology to achieve better level of control and measurements for small tanks (1m to 10m high), while ensuring excellent stability, repeatability and resolution. The probe is isolated by a stainless steel diaphragm as well as steel housing, designed for continuous submersion in liquids. This level transmitter offers accuracy below 0.5% of the full scale BFSL, with each device being temperature compensated, calibrated and fully traceable.

The IWPT series of wireless industrial pressure transducers from Cynergy3 utilises piezo-resistive thick film ceramic sensor to offer an excellent cost effective alternative to traditional wired transducers in inaccessible or expensive installation environments. The sensors feature accuracy as low as <±0.25% of the full scale (BFSL), selection of pressure ranges from -1 to +400 bar gauge and up to 750m line-of-sight range. The IWPT series' user selectable features include transmission update rates, output (1-5V or 4-20mA) and configuration (single or 5 channel; depending on receiver used). The IWPT series is designed to be paired with one of the IWR family of wireless receivers for simple plug-and-play pressure measurement solution; a swivel adaptor is available to allow easy alignment of the head with the receiver. The MS series of cable end float switches by Cynergy3 utilises a microswitch element activated by a moving stainless steel ball with lifetime of 200,000 operations. The switch is hermetically sealed within a HDPE casing filled with non-hygroscopic closed-cell polyurethane, enabling it to work as much as 100m deep in water. The MS series features a selection of contact forms (n/o, n/c and c/o), direct switching power and protective earth conductor included as standard (except for c/o versions). The switching element is UL, VDE and CENELEC approved. The switches are supplied with 5m length of PVC or PUR (suitable for use in fuel oils) cable with and can be operated in temperatures between 0°C and +45°C.

The OLS2 series of low cost optical float switch liquid level sensors offers high reliability, single point liquid level detection utilising infra-red emitter and detector aligned accurately within a cone to give good optical coupling when the sensor is positioned in the air. In presence of liquid this coupling is disrupted triggering the sensor. Transistor output enables configuration for various applications. The OLS2 series is resistant to false triggering due to foaming, and is available as high or low output version and in standard (-25° to +80°C) or extended (-40°C to +125°C) temperature range.

The RSF53 internal fitting nylon float switches are part of the RSF50 series offering compact design and a number of options including choice of maximum power (25VA or 100VA) and mounting (1/8" mounting thread or M12 connector with nitrile gasket). The RSF53 switches can be mounted either from the bottom or from the top of the tank and therefore access to the inside of the tank is required. The switch action may be reversed by removing the float, inverting it and refitting to the stem. The RSF53 float switches are WRAS approved and can be operated in temperature range between -20°C and +75°C.
